We supply post-press and carton converting machinery: automatic and semi-automatic die cutting and creasing machines (including full-stripping and foiling models), automatic folder gluer machines (including double-piece folder gluers), high-speed and servo-controlled flute laminator machines for 3-ply and 5-ply board, and film lamination machines, along with accessories.
A flute laminator bonds a printed top sheet to corrugated (flute) board to make rigid 3-ply or 5-ply cartons. A film lamination machine applies a thin BOPP / thermal film over printed sheets to give a gloss or matte finish and protect the print. Many packaging units use both.
A full-stripping die cutting machine cuts and creases the sheet and then automatically removes waste from inner holes and edges inside the machine. This greatly reduces manual stripping work, keeps the workshop cleaner and speeds up production.
Die cutting and creasing machines are available in working sizes from about 1050 mm up to 2400 mm, folder gluers from 700 mm to 1800 mm, and flute laminators in 1300 / 1450 / 1650 / 1850 mm sizes. Exact sizes depend on the model - contact us with your sheet size and we will suggest the right one.
